Jennifer Cunningham, J.D., LL.M.

Ms. Cunningham's practice emphasizes advising clients in the areas of estate planning, business transactions and tax law. In 1992, she received a B.A. degree with College Honors from the University of California at Santa Cruz. In 1995, Ms. Cunningham was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. In 1999, she received an LL.M. degree in tax law with Honors from Golden Gate University School of Law. Ms. Cunningham is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
